To address this issue, follow these steps: (1) Access the Admin portal. (2) Navigate to Portal Settings. (3) Disable the Auto Claim feature.

The trial period for LPB spans 7 days.
Q30. What steps should be taken in case the Admin Dashboard password is forgotten?
If you've forgotten the password, attempt a password recovery first. If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider re-flashing the SD Card.
Q31. How can I perform a backup?
To back up, access the Admin Dashboard, navigate to Backup/Restore, and proceed to download the backup file.
Q32. How can the redirect be removed?
Navigate to the Admin Portal, select Portal Settings, and under the "After done paying" section (Format: http://google.com), delete the URL and then click Save.
Q33. What should be done if the green indicator turns off, but still be able to insert and read the coins in the portal?
Access the Admin Portal, go to Coin/Bill Settings, then modify the Relay Module to Active High
Q34. Is the Voucher System (Voucher Code) supported by PisoWiFi?
Yes. Go to Admin Dashboard > Voucher Generator > Generate Voucher.
Note: The coinslot and voucher can also be used at the same time
Q35. How can I modify the Machine Name and Description?
Proceed to your LPB account > Machine > Click on the control corresponding to the Vendo you wish to modify > Click maintenance > Edit the Machine Name and Machine Description as needed > Click save settings.
Q36.What's the process for checking the RAM size of the SD Card used in my PisoWifi?
Access the Admin Portal > Go to the System Status section > Find the Storage category and click on it > The RAM size can be seen there.
Q37. How can I deactivate the coin rejection for situations when there is still available data/time, but it shows a message "Sorry, insert coin is not allowed as you have remaining data" on the portal?
Access the Admin Portal, then navigate to the Maintenance section, and select OTA Update.
Q38. I am unable to download from the Playstore. What can I do?

Q39. How can I suddenly pause the connection for users who are currently connected?
To initiate a sudden pause in connection for connected users, check if the auto pause feature is enabled when there's no internet connectivity.
Q40. The portal is not visible on my Oppo Phone. What should I do?
To address this issue, manually type the URL "10.0.0.1" in the Google Chrome browser on your Oppo Phone. After that, you can add the page to your home screen for easier access.
Q41. How can I block the site?
To block a site, navigate to the Admin Portal and select the "Tools" option.
Q42. There is an SD Card attached, but only a "steady light" is present. Is this light located on an Ethernet port?
Check if the green indicator on the board is lit. If there's no light, try re-flashing the SD Card. Additionally, if no light is visible, check whether the chip of the Orange Pi One is overheating.

OTA stands for "Over The Air" update.
Q45. Which version of the image is in use at LPB?
We are currently using the version V15.3
Q46. What are the default timer rates?
P1 = 5minutes | P5 = 1 Hour | P10 = 3 Hours.
Q47. Is it possible to automatically connect to WiFi without requiring the pressing of the Resume Time button?
Navigate to the Admin Portal > Portal Settings > Enable "Resume Users Time When Connected" > Select 'ON'.
Q48. How can I deactivate the Pause Time feature?
Access the Admin Portal > Portal Settings > Voucher Mode > Turn Off Pause Time.
Q49. How to remove the Free Time button from the portal?
Log in to Admin Portal > Free Time > Set Free Time (in minutes) to '0' Zero > Save the changes and perform a reboot to apply the modified settings.
Q50. Is it not possible to assign the license key to the maintenance?
If the license key has been previously assigned, indicating that it has already been used, simply cancel or revoke the license key in the pisowifi account. Following this, you can proceed to reassign the key once again.
Q51. Is the Admin Portal different from the LPBpisowifi account?
Yes. The Admin Portal serves as the platform where you can explore the various features of our pisowifi system. This includes functionalities such as sales inventory, timer rates, and monitoring wifi connections, etc.
Regarding the LPBpisowifi account, it serves as a storage space for saving the license key. Additionally, it's the designated location for the license key placement and where you can monitor the online status of the machines
Q52. Despite the absence of the prompt "After done paying, redirect site," the redirection leads straight to Lazada/Shopee
